Class Descriptions
I teach asanas from the Iyengar Yoga syllabus - Level 1, in a purpose built studio in Paget, Bermuda.
All mats and props are at the studio, so just bring yourself to class.

Mixed Level
Join us for a rejuvenating mixed-level yoga class designed for practitioners of all backgrounds. This class offers a balanced blend of foundational poses and more challenging ones, allowing you to find your own pace. You will be guided through mindful movements and breathing exercises, fostering a welcoming atmosphere for growth and exploration.
